1. Cancel Policy

(1). Order within 1 day of payment, we will cancel the order and refund it fully for you.

(2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund 90% of the total amount since our staff has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.

(3). Order with shipping, sorry that we can not cancel the order. Please understand.

2. Return Policy

If the item is unused within 30 days after you received the parcel, we are gladly to refund or exchange other products after receiving the returned parcel. Please email us first before returning the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.

Reture Shipping Fees
