Color Effect: Apply over a light or transparent base for a Light Blue to Soft Pink color shift with Pink highlights and Holo Aura.
Over a dark base, it transforms into a bold metallic chameleon that shifts from Pink to Green with Holo Aura.
Easy to Use: The built-in cushion jar design ensures controlled powder pickup and smooth application, helping minimize fallout and product waste.
Long-lasting: For best results, this powder should be applied over a no-wipe gel top coat ( suggest use GleamTap series top coat,) and sealed with a thin layer of hard/builder gel then finished off with gel topcoat.
